The Founding 25
Twenty-five founding memberships — $85 a month, fifteen hours of bay time, and the rate locked for life: it never goes up, however long you stay.
Spots go to this list first, in the order people join it. Leave a number and we will call before they open to the public.
When do you open?
Opening late 2026.
